UK Health Certificate: If you book your Bulgarian pet on commercial transport you WILL need a Health Certificate issued by the B.F.S.A and they issue this through the E.U Traces System. It is this department in Bulgaria that provides you with the Health Certificate required by APHA U.K. and Traces in Europe. This certificate is valid for ten days from the date of issue by the official veterinarian until the date of the checks at the UK point of entry.
